Pueblos in the Metro

The island's engine. San Juan, the airport, the northern beaches, the museums, the nightlife.

The metro area is where Puerto Rico moves fastest. It includes San Juan, Carolina, Bayamón, Guaynabo, and surrounding pueblos. The airport, the big hospitals, the beaches of Condado and Isla Verde, and the walled Old San Juan all live here. It's the first and last contact with the island for most visitors — and for locals, the place where everything happens at once.
